Sameer has been able to climb the ladder of real estate profession at a rapid pace, at a young age he is one of the founders of a technologically advanced and rapidly growing brokerages in the city, he is currently serving as Broker of Record and is giving advice to realtors on daily basis.

Joseph (Joe) DigiambattistaEVP, Lending Solutions – Pololoans Inc
Joe is an accomplished financial services executive with over 25 years of senior leadership experience in Canada’s lending sector.  Joe has served as Senior Vice President to a number of Financial Services firms and has been responsible for creating and launching the first Alternative Mortgage Solutions Program for a major bank. In addition he created and launched the Ontario and Eastern Canadian operations for a National AAA insured lender in the residential mortgage industry. 

Joe’s expertise lies in his deep understanding of the mortgage market place as a whole, from operations to execution, from origination to sales and from marketing to loyalty-rewards.

Ming WongCOO of Pololoans
Ming Wong has over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, from start-up to high-growth business.   He was previously COO of national brokerage company, a sales team with over 1000 mortgage agents. In addition to this role, he was Head of Business Support for this major bank. 

Ming has the proven track record in successfully analyzing an organization’s business requirements, identify challenges and opportunities, as well as develop and implement cost-effective solutions impacting operations, sales effectiveness and human resources.

Each one of the speakers will talk briefly, focusing on their specialties in the buying process based on their experience in their field.
